We document the address, type of property, and size (square footage) for your records.

Terms and Conditions

Please Note:

For additional rooms such as en-suite bathrooms, garages, second lounges, gardens, conservatories, etc., a flat fee of £10.00 will be applied to each room, as each will require a separate entry in the inspection report.

An extra charge of £35.00 will be incurred for excessive crockery and utensils.

Payment Terms:

All payments are required to be completed 24 hours prior to the service. Reports will be emailed immediately upon completion of the inspection.

Inventory and Check-In:

The inventory and check-in will be conducted on the day your tenants move in. This approach ensures that only one visit is necessary, resulting in cost savings for you. We also offer a discounted rate for our combined inventory and check-in service.

Missed Appointments:

In the event that you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance or if you miss an appointment, a cancellation fee of £75.00 will be charged. This fee helps cover travel expenses and compensates for potential lost revenue from other bookings.
